Because the app is intended for children, use of the app by a child should take place with the supervision and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

“App” means the mobile children’s learning app named Poffykids.

The purpose of Poffykids is to provide children with a safe, simple, fun, and age-appropriate learning experience. Information may be used only for the following purposes:

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Poffykids is an educational app intended for preschool and early-learning children. The app is not designed for children to create accounts, open profiles, send messages, share public content, or connect to social networks. Support, purchases, rating, and similar adult-facing actions should be handled through parental controls or device/platform mechanisms. SCOPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED OR PROCESSED

Poffykids is designed as an app that does not require account creation. In the current app structure, the following information may be processed:

- Game progress and unlock status

- Sound and music preferences

- Local records related to in-app access or subscription status

- Your email address and the information you share in your message when you send a support request

- The effect of App Store purchases or subscription transactions on access status

Credit card information, payment account information, or billing information is not collected directly by Poffykids. Purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store are processed by Apple.

SUPPORT SERVICES

You may send us an email by using the support link in the app. In that case, we may receive your email address, message content, and any information you add to your message. This support information is used only to review and answer your support request, resolve the issue, and improve the app where necessary. We do not use support information for advertising, profiling, or targeting children.

NEWSLETTER AND MARKETING

Poffykids currently does not offer newsletter subscription or child-directed marketing communication inside the app. If a newsletter or similar communication channel is offered in the future, it will be directed only to a parent or legal guardian and this policy will be updated.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, ADVERTISING, AND ANALYTICS

In its current structure, Poffykids does not use third-party advertising networks, child-directed behavioral advertising, social network plugins, or third-party analytics SDKs. If advertising, analytics, or similar third-party services are used in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and will clearly state what information those services may process. Age-appropriate methods that comply with applicable laws will be used to protect child users’ privacy.

IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Poffykids may offer in-app purchases or subscription options for access to some content or features. These transactions take place through the App Store and Apple’s payment infrastructure. Your payment method, card information, or sensitive Apple account information is not viewed or stored by Poffykids. To make purchase or subscription status work inside the app, technical information such as access period, unlock status, or similar records may be stored locally on your device.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information may be shared only in the following situations:
